Abstract
Explains the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (Scotland) Amendment (No.2) Order 1994, which transfers the detailed provisions on notification of owners and agricultural tenants from Section 24 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972 to the 1992 General Development Procedure Order (GDPO).
