Abstract
Sets out Government policy with respect to the use of agreements made under Section 50 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972 to restrict or regulate the development or use of land, provides guidance on the circumstances in which such agreements should be used and how they can be efficiently concluded; these are referred to in the Circular as planning agreements.
