Abstract
Aims to provide local authorities and other agencies with a manual to assist them in controlling fly-posting in an effective and efficient way. The Guide combines an explanation of current legal procedure with practical examples of successful action taken by authorities, as well as steps which can be taken to limit the incidence of fly posting.
