Abstract
Sets out the overall spatial strategy for the East Midlands and its main policy areas. Proposes sustainable development of the region's economy, infrastructure, housing and other land uses. Looks at built development, natural and cultural resources, transportation, communications and infrastructure, urban and rural networks and implementation and monitoring.
