Abstract
Based upon the JCT Standard form of Building Contract with Contractors Design 1998 edition, and adapted by the Scottish Supplement.
Document History
This revision incorporates JCT Amendment 1, 2 and Clause to incorporate the Scottish arbitration code (1999 edition). Also amendment 3 to Clauses 22.2, 22A, 22B, 22C, 22B.2, 22C.3, 1.3, 22FC, Appendix and 31. (March 2001) and incorporates amendment 4 to clauses 25.4.18, 26.2.10 and 30.1 (January 2002).
