Abstract
Agreement between a sub contractor and an employer prior to a sub contractor being nominated for sub contract works in accordance with clauses 35.3 to 35.9 of the Standard Form of Building Contract 1998 edition, as amended by the Scottish Building Contract (May 1999 edition).
