Covers the main changes involved in the requirements for witnessing documents, and new rules on the subscription of annexations. If parties are in doubt about any area of completion of clauses or contract signing, legal advice should always be sought. Applies to all documents relevant in the Requirements of writing (Scotland) Act 1995, and subscribed after 1st August 1995.
