Abstract
Primarily concerned with the main contract tendering procedure most common in the UK construction field. Also outlines the relationship and differences between the single stage procedure and two stage tendering, and suggestions are made as to adaptations that may be necessary or desirable to deal with the two stage procedure and contractors design aspects. Contains JCT Model Forms and brief notes on their use.
