Requirements cover material identification, cylindrical shells, tell-tale holes, end plates and tube plates, plain tubes and stay tubes, manhole frames and openings, connections for mountings, cylindrical furnaces, water-cooled reversal chamber, stays, design of welded joints, openings in or adjacent to welds, fillet welds, fabrication, and post-weld heat treatment and other heat treatments.
