Abstract
Considers the scope for developing housing, especially affordable housing, through the physical, planning, social and environmental issues, barriers and benefits, and commercial viability. Non-residential premises considered include industrial, warehouse and storage premises and single-storey commercial developments, that have normally been seen as detrimental to residential amenity.
