Abstract

Specifies requirements for the manufacture, performance and testing of emergency devices mechanically operated by either a lever handle or a push pad, for use where a panic situation is unlikely to arise. Emergency devices covered are for use on hinged or pivoted door leaves only, not exceeding 200kg in mass, 2500mm in height and 1300mm in width.
