Abstract
The ACOP for the control of substances hazardous to health regulations 2002 (COSHH) and the control of carcinogenic substances, with provisions relating to work with biological agents and the control of substances that cause occupational asthma. The main changes to the COSHH Regulations 2002 result from the requirement to implement the EC Directive on the protection of the health and safety of workers from the risks related to chemical agents at work.
