Abstract

An up to date working aid to the operation and administration of the Standard Form of Building Contract with contractors designs 1998 (CD98). Provides explanations of everything from novations and consultant switch to the different procedures for the reimbursement of direct loss and/or expense, and everything in between. Recent court cases help to illustrate issues, accompanied by tables and diagrams to enable quick and clear access to information.
