Abstract
Under measurement of distorted current occurs very frequently in modern installations. Many instruments are not suitable for measuring distorted currents caused by harmonic currents drawn by non-linear loads, especially electronic equipment. Looks at the Root Mean Square (RMS) calculation of the magnitude of an alternating current.
