Abstract
On 1st March 2003 the full effect of the elemental U-value changes in the sixth amendment to the Technical Standards. The main purpose of this note is to provide additional guidance on this subject to the glass and glazing industry, building contractors, local authorities, surveyors and specifiers in general.
