Abstract

Takes account of all previous NHBC technical publications, the publications from authoritative organisations and the results of research and data accumulated over long periods. The NHBC Standards give the Technical Requirements, Performance Standards and guidance for the design and construction of dwellings acceptable to NHBC. The Standards come into effect for every NHBC registered home whose foundations are concreted on or after the publication date shown on the cover of each Chapter and apply throughout the UK, unless otherwise stated.
