Abstract
Provides statistics compiled for regions, counties and districts as of 1 April 2002 on floorspace and rateable value for non-domestic properties in England and Wales. The figures are of use to local authority planners and policy makers, the property profession and other requiring information on commercial and industrial stock. It is the aim of ODPM to produce annual updates of the statistics.
