Abstract
The effect on capacity of Advanced Stop Lines (ASLs), allowing cyclists to position themselves in a 5m waiting area ahead of queuing traffic at a signalised junction stop line, using the OSCADY (Optimised Signal Capacity And Delay) computer modelling program and video surveys.
