Abstract
Targeted at all those involved with the remediation of land affected by contamination. The aim of this document is to improve the understanding of the regulatory requirements when undertaking investigative and remedial works. This guide identifies the main legislative requirements of the regimes that relate to remediation activities and their practical implications. This guide relates to the regimes in England.
