Abstract
Presents the recommendations of the working group set up the DfT and the Local Government Association (LGA), in developing success criteria for the second round of Local Transport Plans (LTPs). This report discusses the indicators short-listed by the working group, which include public transport patronage; bus performance and satisfaction; congestion; mode split; traffic flows; travel plan coverage; parking and cycling.
