Sets out the basis for and provides information on the proposed Waste From Mines, Quarries and Agricultural Premises (Scotland) Regulations 2004, and a related Commencement Order. The paper presents proposals to ensure that wastes from mines, quarries and agricultural premises are covered by the regulatory regime generally applicable to wastes.
