Abstract

Suitable for use with either SFA/99 or CE/99, where an architect is appointed or novated to a contractor to prepare proposals for a building project is to be procured under the JCT Standard Form of Building Contract With Contractor's Design (WCD 98), with contractors Designed Portion Supplement (CDPS 98) or Major Project form (MPF 03).
