Abstract

Provides a framework for managing geotechnical and contamination issues with the object of ensuring that: all sites are properly assessed and investigated, foundations and substructure designs are suitable for the ground conditions sites are properly remediated where necessary or appropriate design precautions are taken, and appropriate documentation and validation can be provided to NHBC.
