Abstract
Contains requirements for a quality management system for laying of asphalt mixtures. It interprets, where necessary, the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000 in specific relation to the laying of asphalt mixtures for roads and other paved areas, including those in which coated chippings are incorporated during laying but excluding Mastic Asphalt which is outside the scope of this schedule and is covered by separate QA procedures in the UK.
