Used for the appointment of the Architect by the Employer on Design and Build projects. The primary service, although not exclusive, will be the preparation of the employer's requirements. Contains four documents defining the terms of appointment; Memorandum of agreement, Condition of appointment, Schedule of services, and Schedule of project details.
