Abstract
Sets out the main plans of DEFRA and the flood and coastal defence operating authorities for delivering service delivery agreements (SDAs) 26 and 27. Service delivery agreements (SDAs) 26 and 27 are two of the three flood management SDA targets; target 28 relates to implementation of the conclusions of the funding review.
