Abstract
A survey of how well consultants are achieving performance measures was carried out and repeated the following year and this report presents the results of this year’s survey and places them in context with the previous reports. The results are mixed, with some indicators showing continuous improvement while others have slipped back. However, what has improved is the overall interest being expressed by clients of consultants which is shown in their increased number of returns.
