Abstract
Provides technical guidance which supplements the policy set out in Planning Policy - Wales in relation to development and flooding. Advises on development and flood risk as this relates to sustainability principles and provides a framework in which risks arising from both river and coastal flooding, as well as from additional run-off from development in any location, can be assessed.
