Abstract
Property Managers Master Index (PMMI) is a summary of all the record documentation and information held about a particular site by the EWC, in his office on site, on behalf of the Property Manager. It includes all record documentation provided by the WSM organisation and his subcontractors on the handover of facilities to the User. This will include all drawings, duly marked up with as fitted information, commissioning results for various systems, certificates, and general test results. It should also include documentation for any projects undertaken on site.
