4ps Guidance which aims to: Increase awareness among local authorities of the NHS Local Improvement Finance Trust initiative (NHS LIFT) as a potential delivery vehicle for joint health and local government activities, Encourage local authorities to carefully consider all the various options for participating in NHS LIFT, Explain some of the benefits and complexities of NHS LIFT; and Outline some of the main features of NHS LIFT as compared to other forms of procurement.
