Abstract
Guidelines which provide a clear policy framework for tackling specific conservation issues with sensitivity, foresight and understanding. The guidelines are based on the policies set out in Planning Policy Guidance Note 15 - Planning and the historic environment, and were drawn up specifically to help manage change in these particular buildings.
