Abstract
Interim guidance, which provides guidance on undertaking a Strategic environmental assessment (SEA) as required by the Environmental assessment of plans and programmes (Wales) regulations 2004 (SI 1656). It covers screening, developing the methodology, environmental baseline, scoping, sustainability objectives, assessment of the emerging plan, environmental report and consultation, and finally, monitoring.
