Abstract

Provides a code of practice for natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas installation requirements, downstream of the point of delivery, which may be a valve or a meter outlet connection. Included are requirements for meters, appliances and associated pipework in single and multiple occupancy dwellings, and domestic-type appliances in non-domestic situations. For LPG systems, it also deals with intermediate pressure systems at nominal pressures up to 1 bar between the outlet of the first stage pressure regulator at the bulk storage tank or cylinders and second stage regulator(s) which supply the low pressure system.
