Abstract

Under the Fund, grants are available to defray the costs of setting up a PPP project, the preparation of business plans, preliminary design work, etc. The grants are targeted at projects outside of the main infrastructural investment programmes that are particularly innovative and offer opportunities to create greater synergy in the delivery of local services. All projects must be commercially viable and offer good value for money to the Local Authorities.
