Abstract

Over the period of the National Development Plan 2000-2006, almost £3 billion will be invested in water services infrastructure. Public Private Partnerships will play a significant role in delivering this investment package. By harnessing the best skills of the public and private sector, such arrangements can lead to better value for money, improved services and faster delivery of the investment program.
