Abstract

The amount of financial and legal advice required on individual projects will vary, dependent upon the size, scope and complexity of the project, the type of PPP model being considered, and the work to be undertaken by the technical consultant. Against this background, the Department has negotiated a framework agreement under which integrated legal and financial advice will be provided to local authorities.
