Abstract
Details are given on the requirements and test methods for precast concrete road gullies and gully cover slabs that have been manufactured from monolithic concrete or prefabricated sections of concrete. A gully outlet may incorporate a permanent former, with or without a jointing profile, for the connection of a pipeline. They can be used to intercept silt and debris from surface water being discharged into drainage systems.
