Abstract
Puts forward for consultation further proposals for changes to the system of planning fees for 2005-06, to be introduced on 1 April 2005. These further changes reflect initial consultation responses that have suggested that it is possible for the planning service to raise an extra £68 million in fees in 2005-06.
