For use in connection with commissions for minor works in the National Health Service. Relates specifically to NHS procedures and documentation. Should only be used for commissions where the work is of a simple content involving the normally recognised basic trades and skills of the industry, and without any building services of a complex nature or specialist work of a similar nature. No provisions for site inspection staff or for identifying the use of fluctuations.
