Abstract
Aims to encourage a positive attitude towards development and diversification in rural Scotland.
Document History
Superseded by Scottish planning policy (Scottish Government, 2010). Supersedes NPPG 15: Rural development (Scottish Office,1999) and SPP 15 (consultation) Planning for rural development: consultation draft (SEDD, 2004). To be read with Evaluation of national planning policy guidelines 15 (NPPG 15) - Rural development (Scottish Executive, 2003). SPP 15 is part of a new series of planning policy documents, which will gradually update all NPPGs.
