Abstract

Reviews the progress made across the country in delivering the recommendations of the Homelessness Task Force, in the time since their first report to Ministers was published. Also highlights progress made against the priorities set out in the first report. In addition, this report sets out arrangements put in place to monitor the effects that recent legislative changes and new policy directions are having on the ground; and sets out the key areas of work for 2005-06.
