Abstract
Describes the quality management system requirements to be established by Organisations providing temporary traffic management on motorways and high speed dual carriageways for on-line widening schemes and schemes incorporating contraflow operations and/or temporary road markings. Applicable to Organisations carrying out the installation, maintenance and removal of temporary traffic management measures on such schemes.
