Abstract
Describes the quality management system requirements to be established by Organisations providing temporary traffic management on motorways and high speed dual carriageways where temporary road markings are not required and contraflow situations are not incorporated. The SSD is applicable to Organisations carrying out the installation, maintenance and removal of temporary traffic management measures on such schemes.
