Abstract

Intended to assess the quality of the MOVA configuration data at the sites studies in MOVA accidents in high-speed roads and whether there is a link between the quality of the data configured and the accident frequencies. Also aims to assess whether there are other common factors that explain the frequencies and to consider the implications of the findings in regards to the advice currently given about the application of MOVA and whether changes are needed.
