Based on DOH Cost allowance guides, MIPS FP Index Level 325 - effective 14 December 2000 and Building notes issued to March 30 2001. Equipment cost allowance guides (ECAGS) have not been revised in this Review and are replicated from those extant in the Healthcare capital investment Version 1.0. They remain at the Equipment price index for June 1997 of 100, as published in Quarterly briefing.
