Abstract
Revisits the theme of intensive use facilities such as floodlit multi-use games areas (MUGA) and synthetic turf pitches and provides an update on the facilities themselves, the planning policies which relate to them and the decisions which Planning Inspectors are reaching on appeals involving such facilities.
