Abstract
Gives recommendations for the management, staffing and operation of an organisation providing keyholding and response services on a contracted basis.
Document History
Superseded by BS 7984:2008. Supersedes those clauses of BS 7499:1998 which dealt with keyholding services. BS 7499:1998 has since been superseded by BS 7499:2004 Amd 14491 is corrigendum No.115/07/2003.
