Abstract
Invites views on the draft guidance and regulations for parts of the Clean neighbourhoods and environment act 2005 that will be will be brought into force in April 2006.

Consultation closed on 2 January 2006. Published alongside Code of practice on litter and refuse - consultation document (DEFRA, 2005). No longer applicable as it is superseded by a series of guidance documents published by DEFRA in 2006 and 2007.
