Summarises the findings for the progress that had been made towards the various targets by the end of 2003. Presents analyses of the casualty and exposure data. Includes a range of analyses of fatality data, with supplementary analyses of contributory factor data collected by twelve police forces using a common reporting system. Compares casualty trends in deprived and other areas of England.
