Abstract
Short booklet in which three thinkers set out their perspective on the concept of 'physical capital'. CABE defines this as the potential value - financial, social and cultural - of the built environment. Schools, clinics, houses, offices, factories, streets, parks, museums, public art, squares and bridges combine to form the physical capital of a particular place.
